You've heard it right. This is from one of your students. We're collectively fed up with your bullshit and we're taking to this page to express our fed-up-ness.

Why on earth would you have everyone take AS literature or AS language? Not to be mean nor disapproving of our English department, but if you think that forcing everyone to take AS literature or language is beneficial, then you're wrong. Very wrong.

How many times do you have to watch students struggle in AS language and AS literature? 65 unlucky souls this year, and you want more next year? More that may suffer even more because of the distance between IGCSE English language and A-level?

What are you expecting us to be? English native speakers? Of the handful of us in A1, only a fraction gets anything that doesn't decimate our GPA. Yeah, heard of GPA? That thing USA schools will pick a fight with students on?

Yeah, pull ye shits together and stop being an ass. Seriously, having PE counting as GPA wasn't enough for you guys, ei?
